We draw our data from one of the country’s leading information gathering companies. Coupled with business information from Companies House UK, Northern Ireland and Eire, we can bring you over 275 million images of Original Company Documents.

With 35 years experience in business information, our data providers offer unrivalled depth and breadth of business reports. We include all UK and Irish companies, all directors and declared shareholdings. Bogeyman looks at all non-limited companies – which typically mean sole traders and partnerships. That is some 5.8 million UK and Irish limited companies, PLC’s and LTD’s, (that’s Public Limited companies – tradable on the Stock Exchange - and private LTD’s like Bogeyman Ltd). Add to that a database of 2.4 million Un-incorporated businesses (as we said, that’s sole-traders and partnerships) and Bogeyman has over 9 million company profiles.

At an individual level Bogeyman can draw on Company Directors names and Shareholder names for more than 10 million people. Our Directors report can link one person across the 9 million companies to show how many businesses an individual is linked to.

The quality and accuracy of this data is assured by total focus on data integrity. The rigorous checks and daily updates of the whole databank make our supplier compliant to the exacting ISO9002 Standard for analysis and compilation of information. Allied to that is their achievement of the BSI’s standard for the legal admissibility of electronic images.
