BCI holds and processes your personal data in order to provide you with the product, or service you have requested, for administrative purposes, and to tell you of BCI events, services or products, and other related information. . BCI may pass information to other members of its parent group, Markerstudy Limited for the same ends.
BCI does not sell your personal data. BCI does not pass your data to any third party unless it is essential to do so to meet our obligations to you ; where we are required to do so by law; under a confidentiality agreement to our hardware and software suppliers; or in exceptional circumstances to recover a debt in the case of non-payment. The Data Protection Act gives you the right at any time to see a copy of all the data that we hold about you. Please remember that whoever has access to your pc could therefore access the account holders area and thus be able to use the facilities therein.
The data you provide when setting up or amending your login details is to enable you to access the account holders area and is held and processed on a database (you can request a reminder of your login details by using the facility on the login page or e-mailing help@bogeyman.co.uk. It is not used for any other purpose by BCI.
